The Valley Garden
Journalling reads:
"Mornings in the Mangatarere are usually pyjama affairs. Jools and I drink our coffee, start talking and then somehow there we are - taking a walk in our best flannelette and gumboots down into the valley garden with Louie the dog along for company. Pick a bit of watercress from behind the old water wheel house, inspect the flowers and talk a bit more. Not a bad way to start the day." Mangatarere May 2003
